It’s always a pleasure working with Tec & the Living Landscapes team. Their skilled and professional approach makes life easier for everyone involved, as they transform the raw material we supply into works of art anyone would be happy to display in their garden!

Tecwyn Evans together with his team at Living Landscapes works hard to ensure that the finished product, be it a paved terrace or a garden building, is finished to a very high standard. Their attention to detail is superb and their ability to translate a 2-D design into a living space that works for the client is superb.

High standards and knowledgeable expertise merge with technical ability and a fun attitude at Living Landscapes. I had the best results working with them on an arbour project which they constructed and installed (whilst singing in the rain!). A versatile and accommodating team, we are now working on several other schemes together and I am looking forward to seeing the results.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tecwyn Evans and his talented and highly skilled team at Living Landscapes. Tecwyn’s company was engaged to build my garden ‘Beneath a Mexican Sky’ at the show. This is a year’s undertaking and a very stressful time but from the word go Tecwyn showed his ability to manage both the project and his team.

We had many meetings and I was grateful that Tecwyn took the time to explain the process of the build and we went through every fine detail until I was happy with exactly how this garden was going to be built. I received a call every evening with an update as to what works had been carried out and the schedule for the following day.

Tecwyn also presented me with a build schedule for when we were at the site. A full break down with who will be on site on what day, what they will be doing, approx how many hours they will spend doing the task and when deliveries will be arriving. Tecwyn organisational and management skills really put me at ease and I have to say I have been spoilt as I now expect this from all my contractors.

It has been an absolute joy to work with such a professional team and I am really looking forward to working with them in the future.

I needed a creative drawing space which was separate to my office, and I wanted it to be immersed within the garden. This customised pod installed by Living Landscapes is elevated and nestled within the surrounding planting, forming the perfect artistic retreat within the landscape.

We have worked with Tecwyn and Living Landscapes on several projects and have no hesitation in recommending him. From our most complex historic sites to an access restricted London garden, Tecwyn is versatile and reliable; a safe pair of hands to deliver an excellent job.

Above all else we value Tecwyns integrity and thoroughness, and his ability to problem solve in advance whilst keeping a project running smoothly. His military background mean he has excellent communication and logistics skills, which are a perfect complement to an eye for detail and an ability to work well with people with very high standards.

We also value Tecwyns commitment to work with young people to introduce them to landscape and mentor them in the workplace, sometimes when they have had no previous role models in life. Seeing them flourish is a joy.

As a studio we appreciate Tecwyn understanding and working with our approach to sustainable design, from reusing materials on site, to sourcing reclaimed and low footprint materials, to treading very lightly around existing planting and ecosystems. He and his team have become an important part of our wider team.
